1 Service Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings stated below—

• Platform — refers to the kyato1 website, communication channels, and all related services.
• Player / You — refers to a single registered customer on the platform.
• Account — refers to a player's personal kyato1 account.
• Bonus — refers to funds or benefits awarded by kyato1.
• Wagering Requirement — refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.

2 Access Restrictions

To use the platform, the following conditions must be met —

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You may not access the platform from a region where gambling is restricted.
• Each individual may only open one account. Holding more than one account per person is not allowed.
• Registering with false personal information is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Opening and Registration

All players must understand the following rules before registering on the platform —

• Personal information provided must be accurate and complete, and must be kept up to date throughout the time you are using the platform.
• The account must be registered and used by the player personally. Using another person's personal information is not allowed.
• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone. The player is responsible for all actions taken using their own password.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.

4 Account Verification

kyato1 may request verification of a player's personal information at any time. Withdrawals will only continue to be processed once verification is complete. Players are required to provide a copy of their ID, proof of payment, or proof of address when requested. If you refuse to provide these, we may temporarily suspend your account.

5 Account Suspension

kyato1 may immediately suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons —

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• If there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• If the use of software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in games is detected
• If we find that an account was registered using false personal information

6 Deposits

Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks per transaction. Players may only deposit using a payment method that belongs to them and is registered in their own name.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After the platform reviews and approves the withdrawal request, it is normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, and transfers to third parties are not permitted.

8 Bonus Terms

The kyato1 welcome bonus gives a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.

• Terms and expiry conditions may vary for each bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming through multiple accounts or using overseas addresses — any winnings linked to that bonus may be voided.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

9 Invalid Game Results

If an incorrect result occurs in a game due to a software error, connection failure, or other technical fault, kyato1 has the right to void that result. kyato1 also has the right to withhold any amounts won by players as a result of a software error.

10 Prohibited Practices

Players are not permitted to engage in the following —

• Placing opposing bets deliberately to avoid bonus wagering requirements (Bonus Abuse)
• Playing using personal software bots or unattended automated tools that are not required for normal use
• Intentionally losing to benefit another player through an arrangement (Collusion)
• Money laundering activities intended to disguise the origin of funds through gameplay

11 VIP Levels and Cashback

kyato1's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up levels based on their play volume and activity. From Bronze to Diamond, weekly cashback ranges from 0.2% to 1.0%, paid directly to your account every week.

12 Responsible Gaming

kyato1 puts players' healthy gaming habits first. Gaming should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to make money. 13 Privacy Policy

Personal information submitted by players will be handled in accordance with kyato1's Privacy Policy. Player data is protected with SSL encryption and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without the player's consent.

14 Internet Connection and Technical Errors

kyato1 is not responsible for disconnections (power cut, internet drop) or discrepancies in game results caused by issues on the player's side. Players must ensure their own network connection and device are working properly.

15 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, software and code on the platform are the intellectual property of kyato1. We strictly prohibit copying, distributing or modifying any of it without authorisation.

16 Limitation of Liability

kyato1 does not personally accept responsibility for outcomes arising from player actions, losses from gameplay, or damages caused by third-party conduct. Our services are provided on an "AS IS" basis, and our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player.

17 Language of Communication

The official language of these terms and conditions is Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the Burmese version shall prevail for legal interpretation.

18 Changes

kyato1 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date shown. A player's continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

19 Fees and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a player and kyato1, it must first be raised within 24 hours via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. kyato1's decision on any complaint submitted for resolution will be considered final.
